Since this is replacing the factory anti-sway bar with a thicker and more rigid bar, it is hard to imagine it causing a problem since it goes in the same location.

For front end suspension enhancements, I suggest the SumoSprings Solo Custom Helper Springs, # SSF-106-47. The SumoSprings provide progressive load control, the more you load them the stiffer they become. With a lighter load, the springs will compress easily for soft engagement and a less bumpy ride.
